We thought these would be a blast in the pool and picked them up.The kids had a ton of fun with them and so did us adults. Lots of games can be played with them, but they are even fun to just dive for and the lights are pretty cool at night time.We had a couple not work, but the company support is amazing and the replacement was shipped out super quick!My only draw back is that I thought they would have a been a softer material like other pool toys and for throwing them…. Since kids tend to throw them back when they collect them…they are a solid item for sure!Great product concept!!!! Glad I purchased them.

These gems are made for diving, but my kids use them for a lot more. They make up games, and use them for make-believe. We take them to the pool and dive for them and some times, my son has made them his night light at night.They batteries go a lot faster when he goes to sleep with them on, but I still think it’s cute. I love that Starlux Games also sells the batteries for a reasonable price on their website.The Gems are sturdy plastic and hold their form. The colors are pretty especially when they are glowing in the dark. This game is super versatile, you don’t swim? No problem, they make great props for a play or make-believe game the kids can think up. Totally a great buy!

While we have not used these in the pool yet, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed them in the bathtub! They look so neat under the water, and I can only imagine how much more fun they will be in the pool!

I loved this for my almost 2 year old who is all about tue water. It’s bright and fun. My daughter loved reaching foe them in the water. We also took them to the pool I feel for older kids they’d be fun at the pool. I think we will be using these for years to come. I will say they’re diffently a hard toy so walking on them is a little like walking on a lego. Compleatly worth the risk. My daughter spent an hr playing with these.

These were amazing in the pool and hot tub on our vacation! The kids loved them. It was something different from the usual pool diving toys. They were bright and sunk to the bottom great. I have kids 8,10,12 and 14…. they all loved playing with them.

My kids aren’t old enough for diving yet, but we play with these in the tub. They love them!! These are demanded for every bath, and they play for a long time! One of ours wouldn’t turn off, so we had to unscrew the battery to turn it off. I let them company know, and they sent me a replacement right away and even included a hand written note!! Very impressed with their customer service. 🙂

My kids and I have been missing summertime so much. It’s freezing where we live, but I decided to take my kids swimming at the local rec center. I ordered the dive diamonds to play with and we had a blast. My older boy loved that he could see the dive toys really well because they glow and he loved that other kids his age asked to play with him.My younger son loved dropping them down the slides.Remember to tighten the battery compartment before putting them in water! Ours worked great!

Opened these for our end of summer pool party and only 2 of the 3 worked. Additionally, the batteries only last 90 mins. Its a cool idea but definitely not worth the money, especially for a one time use. Buy Dollar store glow sticks instead.

Bought the smaller three gem dive set and one of the three gems didn’t have a working battery inside. All they had to do was give me a working set of three dive pieces and couldn’t deliver. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong.

I was hoping I was purchasing a quality product, based on previous reviews and price point, however, the blue gem didn’t work straight out of the box. We kept the product because we bought these for a pool party but I am disappointed that we only got two working gems!

My kids love these as a tub toy. They love that they light up. My only complaint is when I opened the package, one of the toys didn’t light up. The other 2 lite up fine. My kids think they are great. They now want to be in the bathroom and play with them they in the sink with the lights off.

We love these so much! My son (5yrs) played with these in a bubble bath and had the best time! These took his imagination all over the place. When he was done in the bath he dried them off and used them to light the path to his room. He has now been playing with these for about 2 hours! I am thoroughly impressed that something so simple could be so fun! Gems for the win!BATH TOY PRO TIP- I want to make sure these last as long as possible so we made sure the battery cover was on tight before putting them in the bath. Also, As I have bought similar bath toys we made sure to take them out of the water and dry them off before putting them away. No issues!

I was a little hesitant to spend the money on these but we were surprising my kids to go to Cabo. I bought them and snuck them with us. None of them worked at all straight out of the package. We tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in but that didn’t work.

Incredible fun for the kids. As a new product. Customer service to replace faulty component was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a return. Only improvement could be to battery terminal connection, but would buy any of this company’s product again.

My husband had to mess around with the batteries and gaskets.. they do not fit quite right. We haven’t used them in the pool because they don’t light up with the gaskets in.

I ordered these for my granddaughters to have in in the pool, but they are lethal! My 13 year old stepped on one in the bottom of the pool and now has a one and a half inch wound in the arch of her foot. Though molded plastic, the edges from the mold are very sharp and can certainly give a child a bloody gash. This wound will take at least a week or more to heal as it is a ragged cut, not smoothe. This certainly is NOT what I expected from the Starlux game that I purchased…and it was NOT a good welcome for my girls. I am very disappointed in this product and sincerely hope NO ONE buys it for their children. BEWARE!

These adorable gem shaped, light up diving toys are exactly what they say they are. They are heavy enough to sit at the bottom of a pool. Their colors definitely light up a bathtub. I got these in October, so there’s no way I got to try them in a pool. However they are a fun addition to the bath, illuminating the bubble makes for FUN time in the bath. The product itself was made very well. I would definitely order more. I cant wait to use them in the summer for actual pool use. What a great fun product ! This is also my second purchase with Starlux games. I really enjoy their products and how they can be used for the whole family

The kids are looking forward to playing this in the pool, especially at night! I like the construction of the crystals because they seem very durable. This is important so that they don’t break easily. The instructions were great and I loved that they suggest three different ways to play with these crystals. I’m sure there are even more games the kids could invent so that they could use these fun crystals. Well worth the money!

I’m so happy with this product! We got these dive diamonds for my daughter to play with in the bath. I wanted to test them out first to see how they did in the bath, and I am so pleased! My 12 yo had a bunch of friends over to play in our swim spa and they had a blast! They played all the suggested Pool Party games and then made up some of their own. The lights are cool underwater and floating on the surface. We had to tighten one battery cap, but the lights worked great for hours of play. We would definitely buy this again, it takes water play to the next level.

I have a 7 year old girl and a 2 year old boy and they are in love with these! The light is bright enough to turn the lights off in the bathroom and use them in the tub. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that one broke when my 2 year old dropped it from waist height into a tub full of water. I think something came loose because I could hear it rattling inside, but couldn’t get the light to turn on. I told the company and the customer service was awesome and speedy. They replaced the whole gem light and sent a big pack of batteries.

Update: We purchased these a couple of years ago and loved him so much that we ordered some more! Since then we got a hot tub and have had a blast using them there & the pool. I feel like these are an improved quality. We had an issue with one of them after our first initial order, customer service totally took care of it for me which was awesome. We have had no issues with this new set! My kids love diving for them with friends and I especially love the beautiful ambiance they create!We used these dive diamonds in the swimming pool during a staycation and we also tried them out in the bathtub! Everyone had such a blast and the lights look really cool.!

It’s not swimming season for us, but my toddlers have been playing with these in the bath tub and have had so much fun! Sometimes I turn the lights off and let the diamonds glow different colors in the tub, and they get so excited!

They all worked before we put them in the pool but as soon as they went in the water two of them stopped working, one of them flickered on and off for a minute then stopped working, and the fourth one lit up after several tries but would not stay on. My kids were excited to play with these and they can still be used as weights to dive for but the whole appeal of these is that they were supposed to light up but they don’t. The one dive diamond that worked intermittently wasn’t even that bright, it just barely glows. Very disappointing.

I got these for my kids for Christmas. I figured for the price that they would be fairly good quality. Today is 12/26. My kids opened them and played with them for 30 mins yesterday and they were removed from the pool. One won’t turn off and not today, the next day, 3 of them won’t turn on. What a waste.

Tried these out with a group of teenagers and they loved the lights and played with them for hours. Tried them a second time with younger kids and they too loved playing and diving for the lights. This is a fun game for all ages. The developer was also great to work with when I had a question and was quick to respond.
