CTF is also a great way to encourage physical activity, teamwork and strategic thinking. It’s an exciting, versatile game that has withstood the test of time. It can be adapted to so many different variations. You can play it day or night

There are so many reasons to play Capture the Flag, but these three reasons top the list:

1. PHYSICAL FITNESSTHE HEALTH BENEFITS OF HEART POUNDING GROUP ACTIVITY

People today are so busy on their phones and screens that they often miss out on all of the classic games from the past that encouraged physical activity and teamwork. It’s time to bring back these games along with more outdoor playtime. There is no end to the benefits of physical activity for every person. It builds strong bones and muscles, helps maintain a healthy weight, develops coordination, improves strength and endurance, and promotes emotional well being.
